This webinar will begin with short presentations from our panellists, followed by an open Q&A where attendees can put their own questions to the panel.
Our speakers will discuss the range of paths available after a Maths PhD, how they decided between academia, industry and other options, what career progression looks like in their current roles, and how departments can do more to support the transition to post-PhD research. This session is aimed at current PhD students approaching the end of their course who are starting to think about what comes next.
